Your service page: details, panel login, add-ons and actions
9 viewsEvery service you have with Magic Streams (radio, TV, hosting, VPS, email, players etc.) has its own page in the Client Area. From there you can see its status, open its panel, add features, renew it or upgrade it.
The services list
Go to Services → My Services. The filters at the top show all services or only active, pending, suspended ones etc. Each row shows the billing cycle, amount, next due date and status. Click Manage for the service page.
What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Working normally. |
| Pending | A new order waiting for payment or activation. |
| Suspended | Temporarily stopped, usually because of an unpaid proforma invoice. It comes back once paid. See Service renewal and suspension. |
| Terminated / Cancelled | No longer exists. Its data has usually been deleted. |
The service page
Left column
- Service information: username (or station name, domain etc.), Billing Cycle, Recurring Amount (excl. VAT), Registration Date, Next Due, Payment Method, and IP addresses where relevant.
- Usage statistics: for most services, current usage (e.g. space, listeners, bandwidth), with a Refresh button. For Multicast Radio it also shows the encoder connection details and a player.
- Login credentials: the service's username and password. The password is revealed with the eye icon. If you've changed it inside the service's panel, the old one may still show here.
- Configuration & Details: extra features that can be switched on or off (e.g. Backup, Stream Targets, Custom Domain, Aircheck), with their price.
- Addons and Available Addons: add-ons you have and add-ons you can order.
- Recent proforma invoices for the service, with a Pay button on unpaid ones.
Right column: actions
- Login to Panel: opens the service's panel in a new tab, already logged in, without a password. Available on services with their own panel (Multicast Radio, Multicast Video, AzuraCast, Centova Cast, Sonic Panel, Everest Cast, MediaCP etc.).
- Change cycle and Upgrade: see Changing billing cycle and upgrading.
- Renew service: creates a renewal proforma invoice ahead of time.
- Support Ticket: opens a ticket with the service already selected.
- New Order in the same product category.
- Request Cancellation: see How to request a service cancellation.
Starting, stopping and restarting a service (e.g. your station) is done from the service's panel, not from the Client Area.
Enabling an extra feature
- In the Configuration & Details card, click Enable next to the feature.
- The window shows the option and the recurring amount, and tells you a proforma invoice will be created. Click Confirm.
- You're taken to the proforma invoice. Only the days left until your next renewal are charged.
- Once paid, the feature is enabled automatically in the panel. Until then the card shows "Activation pending — awaiting payment".
Disable applies immediately. The price drops from the next renewal; there's no refund for the current period. If a feature shows "Not available", only we can change it: send a ticket.
Ordering an add-on
In the Available Addons card, click Order and then Create invoice. The add-on is activated automatically once paid.
When the service is suspended
- Instead of statistics, "Service is suspended" is shown.
- Login credentials, the Login to Panel button and upgrades aren't shown.
- Renew service, paying proforma invoices and support tickets remain available.
Pay the unpaid proforma invoice from Recent proforma invoices. When the suspension was due to late payment, the service comes back automatically as soon as it's paid.
