Applies to: Multicast Radio. Not sure which panel you have? See Which radio or video panel do I have?

This article explains how to log in to the Multicast Radio panel and what you can set on the Settings page. That's where you'll find the time zone, the language, your passwords and your package limits.

Logging in to the panel

From the Client Area (recommended)

  1. In the Client Area, go to Services → My Services and click Manage on your Multicast Radio service.
  2. In the right-hand column, click Login to Panel.
  3. The panel opens in a new tab, already logged in.

This login link is valid for a few minutes and works only once. If you land on the login page, go back to the Client Area and click the button again. If you open a support ticket from your account, you don't need to send us any passwords.

Directly from the login page

  1. Open the panel's login page.
  2. In Username or Email, type your username or the account's email address.
  3. In Password, type your panel password.
  4. Click Login.

You'll find the username and password in the Client Area, in the service's Login credentials card. If you have changed the password inside the panel, though, the Client Area still shows the old one. In that case use the Login to Panel button, which always works.

Messages on the login page

Invalid credentialsWrong username or password. Check capital letters and the keyboard language.
Account is suspendedThe service is suspended, usually because of an unpaid proforma invoice. See My station can't be heard.

Too many failed attempts for this account. Please try again later. There were many failed attempts for this username, from any connection. Wait 15 minutes.

If you are inactive for 24 hours, the panel logs you out and you need to log in again. Your station is not affected and keeps playing.

I forgot my panel password

The login page has no "forgot password" option. Log in from the Client Area with Login to Panel. To set a new password you need the current one. If you don't remember it, open a support ticket from the service page and we'll set a new one for you.

The Settings page

Go to Account → Settings (or click your name at the top right → Profile).

Profile: email, time zone and language

  • Username: your username. It can't be changed, because it is part of your listening links.
  • Email: the account's email address. You can also use it to log in.
  • Timezone: the most important setting on this page. It drives the Schedule, Radio Spots, DJ allowed hours and what counts as "today" in statistics. The default is Athens. If your station targets another country, choose that country's time. Below it you can see your Local time and the Server time, to check.
  • Language: the panel language. Greek, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Russian are available. You can also change the language from the flag at the top right.

Click Save. You'll see Profile updated. If you changed the language, the page reloads.

Changing your panel password

  1. In the Change Password card, enter your Current Password.
  2. Enter the New Password (at least 6 characters; we recommend 12 or more, with letters and numbers) and repeat it in Confirm Password.
  3. Click Change Password. You'll see Password changed.

If you see Current password is wrong, be careful: each wrong attempt counts towards the login page's limit of 5 attempts per 15 minutes. Your panel password is separate from your FTP password, Source Password and DJ passwords, so changing it doesn't affect any broadcasting software.

FTP Access

Shows the details for connecting with an FTP program (Host, Port, Username, Password). The Regenerate button creates a new FTP password. After changing it, enter the new password in FileZilla or whichever program you use. See Uploading music with FTP.

Stream Settings

Shows the Stream URL (for listeners) and the server connection details, with a Regenerate button for the Source Password. See Your station's connection details and listening links.

My Package

Shows your service limits: Max Bitrate (the highest broadcast bitrate), Max Listeners (how many people can listen at the same time) and Storage. Features lists the extra features and whether they are available: Stream Targets, URL Download, Custom Domain, Backup and Dual DJ. You can see the Music Library in the menu: if it has no PRO badge, you have it.

For more listeners, more space or an extra feature, go to your service page in the Client Area. Click Upgrade for a bigger package, or Enable in the Configuration & Details card for an extra feature. A proforma invoice is issued for the remaining days of the period, and the change is activated as soon as it is paid.

Panel appearance

  • Dark / light theme: from the menu under your name at the top right → Change theme. The choice is stored in your browser, so on another device you may need to set it again.
  • Full screen: from the same menu.
  • Notifications: the bell at the top right shows system messages, e.g. when a restream isn't responding or when a track was added via FTP.
