The message "Your connection is not private" means the browser does not accept your site's SSL certificate. There are three common causes.

1. There is no certificate

Our hosting plans include a free certificate option. If it has not been enabled, send us a ticket and we will enable it.

2. The certificate expired

Certificates renew automatically. If something blocked the renewal, the site shows a warning — let us know and we will fix it.

3. Mixed content

The certificate is fine, but the page loads images, scripts or a stream over http://. The browser then marks the site as not fully secure. Change those links to https://.
