This guide shows how to get into Everest Cast from the Client Area. If you're not sure you have Everest Cast, first read Which radio or video panel do I have?

Logging in to Everest Cast

1. Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services.
2. Click Manage on your station.
3. Click Login to Panel. It's both a card under Usage statistics and a button in the right column. Everest Cast opens already logged in, without typing a password.

Next to the login card you can see the service status (Active when it's active). Login only works when the service is active. If it's suspended, see Service renewal, reminders and what happens if payment is late.

Your password

You can see the username and password on the service page, under Login credentials. The button logs you in with these details. If you change the password inside Everest Cast and the button stops logging you in, open a support ticket so we can update the password.
