AzuraCast: First steps, panel login, station details and Listen URL
20 viewsThis guide shows how to get into AzuraCast and what you can see about your station in the Client Area. If you're not sure you have AzuraCast, first read Which radio or video panel do I have?
Logging in to AzuraCast
- Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services.
- Click Manage on your station.
- Click Login to Panel in the right column. AzuraCast opens in a new tab, already logged in, without typing a password.
The button only appears when the service is Active. If it's suspended, see Service renewal, reminders and what happens if payment is late.
Your AzuraCast login details
- You log in to AzuraCast with an email and password. You can see the email on the service page, in the Streaming section (AZ Email row). You can see the password under Login credentials (click the title to open it and the eye icon to show it).
- Login to Panel logs you in with this password. If you change the password inside AzuraCast, the button will stop logging you in. In that case, open a support ticket so we can update the password.
What you see on the service page
Under Usage statistics you can see your station's details as AzuraCast reports them. The Refresh button reloads them.
