SonicPanel: First steps, panel login and what you see in the Client Area
19 viewsThis guide shows how to get into SonicPanel and what you can see about your station in the Client Area. If you're not sure you have SonicPanel, first read Which radio or video panel do I have?
Logging in to SonicPanel
- Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services.
- Click Manage on your station.
- Click Login to Panel in the right column. SonicPanel opens in a new tab, already logged in, without typing a password.
The button only appears when the service is Active. If it's suspended, see Service renewal, reminders and what happens if payment is late.
The login doesn't use your password, so the button keeps working even if you change your password inside SonicPanel. You can see the username and the password the service started with on the service page, under Login credentials. If you change the password inside SonicPanel, the old one will still show there.
What you see on the service page
Under Usage statistics you can see your package's limits:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Listeners | The package's maximum number of listeners. |
| Disk | The package's space for songs and recordings. |
| AutoDJ | Whether the package includes AutoDJ. |
| Traffic | The package's traffic limit. |
You can see how much space you're using right now inside SonicPanel, from View Disk/HDD Usage in the left menu.
