Centova Cast: First steps, panel login, station details and Stream URL
5 viewsThis guide shows how to get into Centova Cast and what you can see about your station in the Client Area. If you're not sure you have Centova Cast, first read Which radio or video panel do I have?
Logging in to Centova Cast
- Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services.
- Click Manage on your station.
- Click Login to Panel in the right column. Centova Cast opens in a new tab, already logged in, without typing a password.
The button only appears when the service is Active. If it's suspended, see Service renewal, reminders and what happens if payment is late.
Your Centova Cast password
- You can see the username and password on the service page, under Login credentials (click the title to open it and the eye icon to show the password).
- Login to Panel logs you in with this password. If you change the password inside Centova Cast, the button will stop logging you in. In that case, open a support ticket so we can update the password.
- Centova Cast only accepts passwords with Latin letters and numbers, at least 6 characters, with no symbols.
What you see on the service page
On the service page, under Usage statistics, you can see your station's details as Centova Cast reports them. The Refresh button reloads them.

Instead of typing it by hand, copy it from the Streaming section. It's an https address, so it plays on https websites without browser warnings. This is the address you put in players, apps and radio directories.
