Our services renew at regular intervals, according to the billing cycle you chose.

How it works

A few days before the period ends, an invoice is generated automatically and emailed to you. Once paid, the service renews for the next period.

If it is not paid on time

1. You receive email reminders.
2. After a few days overdue the service is suspended and stops working.
3. If it stays unpaid, the service is terminated and its data is deleted.

Reactivation

A suspended service comes back as soon as the invoice is paid. After termination, however, recovery is not always possible — so please do not ignore the notices.

Need a little time?

If a payment is difficult, send us a ticket before the due date. It is far easier to find a solution before the service is suspended.
