Your email account works with any mail program or phone using the settings below.

What you need

• Your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.gr) as the username.
• The email account password — not your panel password.
• The incoming and outgoing servers as shown on your service page.

IMAP or POP3?

Choose IMAP if you read your mail on more than one device — messages stay on the server and stay in sync everywhere. POP3 downloads them to a single device and usually removes them from the server.

Security

Always use an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) for both incoming and outgoing mail. The outgoing server requires authentication with the same credentials.

Cannot send?

Many internet providers block the default sending port. Try the alternative encrypted port, or open a ticket and we will look at it with you.
