Which radio or video panel do I have? How to find out and where its guides are
16 viewsMagic Streams offers different panels for radio and video. Each panel has its own menus and settings, so the guides are separate for each one. Every guide's title starts with the panel's name, e.g. "Multicast Radio: Uploading music". Before following a guide, make sure it's about your panel.
How to find out which panel I have
Way 1: from the Client Area
- Log in to the Client Area and go to Services → My Services.
- Look at your station's package name. It contains the panel's name.
- If it isn't clear, click Manage and then Login to Panel. The panel opens in a new tab, and its name shows on the page and in the browser tab title.
Way 2: from the activation email
When your service was activated, you received an email with the login details. It names the panel and its login address. If you can't find it, check Email History in the Client Area (My Details).

What applies to all panels
- Payment, renewal, upgrades and cancellation are done in the Client Area, whichever panel you have. See the Billing & Payments category.
- General live-broadcasting guides (e.g. with BUTT or RadioBOSS) look similar, but the ports, mount points and passwords differ per panel. Always take the connection details from your own panel.
- If you can't find a guide for something in your panel, send us a support ticket and say which panel you have.
