If your station plays fine but the player on your site does not, it is almost always one of the following.

Secure and insecure connections (HTTPS)

When your site opens over https://, the browser blocks content loaded over http://. If your stream link starts with http, the player will silently fail with no error message.

Use the secure stream link shown on your service page.

Autoplay

Browsers do not allow automatic playback with sound. The visitor must press play — make sure your player has a visible button.

Extensions and ad blockers

Test in a private window or another browser to rule out an extension blocking the stream.
