The details you need to connect your broadcasting software (encoder) are in your account.

Steps

1. Log in to the panel and go to My Services.
2. Open your station service.
3. The service page shows the server address, the port and your connection details.

What to enter in your encoder

• Server / Host: the address shown on your service
• Port: your service port
• Password: the source password
• Mount / Stream: only for Icecast — usually left empty on Shoutcast

Note that the source password is different from the password you use to log in to your station control panel.

If the details do not work, open a ticket with Technical Support and tell us which software you use and the exact error you see.
