A change of owner transfers the domain to another person or company. It is a registry procedure and does not happen automatically.

What is needed

• Full details of the new owner: name or company name, address, phone, email.
• For companies, VAT number and the exact legal name as registered.
• Agreement from both parties.

The process

1. Request it from the domain page in the panel or through a support ticket.
2. An invoice is issued for the transfer fee, where applicable.
3. After payment, we submit the request to the registry.
4. The registry updates the details and we notify you once it is done.

Good to know

The domain must be active and within its registration period. The details submitted must be accurate — incorrect details are rejected by the registry.
