My station is offline — what to check

Before opening a ticket, run these quick checks. Most cases are solved here.

1. Is your encoder connected?

Open your station control panel and check for an active source. If there is none, the station is not broadcasting — start your encoder or enable AutoDJ.

2. Are the connection details correct?

A wrong port or source password is the most common cause. See the article about your connection details.

3. Is your network blocking it?

Some corporate and mobile networks block broadcasting ports. Try from another connection or from your phone using mobile data.

4. Have you reached your plan limits?

If you have hit your listener or bandwidth limit, new listeners cannot connect. Your limits are shown on your service page.

5. Is there an unpaid invoice?

A suspended service does not broadcast. Check Invoices in your account.

If none of the above helped, send us a ticket with the station name, when the problem started and the exact error you see.
