Web hosting is space on a server, permanently connected to the internet, where your website's files and databases live. When someone types your domain in their browser, the server sends them the page.

Domain and hosting: two different things

• The domain (e.g. yourdomain.com) is the address.
• Hosting is the space where the website "lives".

You need both. See also What's the difference between a domain and web hosting.

What our hosting includes

• A cPanel or Plesk control panel, depending on the package: see Does hosting come with a control panel?
• Email accounts on your domain.
• MySQL/MariaDB databases and easy WordPress installation.
• A free SSL certificate for HTTPS.

Which package do I need?

• For most websites, blogs and e-shops you start with shared hosting.
• For a site with a lot of traffic, see Shared or Semi Dedicated Hosting?
• If you're not sure, open a support ticket.
